Opinions?

My friend says jungler because you can abuse the more players than if your laning (through ganks). I'm sure some people will say AD ranged bot.

I know it's hard to pinpoint the 'best role'. Keep in mind this is for low elo. I really just want to be able to play roles and with a style that will make me win enough to raise my elo.

i'd say

top/mid lane
jungle
bot carry
support

being in the solo lane gives you more farm, meaning you're more likely to have a bigger impact on the game. even then good ganks from jungle can win a game.

support just relies too much on the team for it to really be an elo raising role.

Tankymen...Tankymen too strong or AD ranged too strong too...I mean I've owned as an AP mid but my team sucked and we still lost. I've owned as a solo top tank...And we still lost. I've gotten fed as a ranged AD carry and won I've gotten fed as a tanky jungle man and won...Supports are there to back up a team, not carry them....Although it's possible I highly doubt a Sona with epic amount of gold from whatever source she comes by can carry a team who has fed the enemy carries.

I'm liking the tanky jungler style. I have 945 elo, yet a 75% win ratio as Rammus. Problem is I need to get another jungle for when he's banned. Maybe Trundle or Skarner? Lee Sin?

all 3 of those are good choices.

trundle is especially good choice if the enemy are stacking tanky champions.

Trundle eats Yorick for breakfast. Skarner is funny and Lee-Sin is a badass.

Hardest lane to carry from is bottom for sure.

Basically, If you are twice as good as your enemy, and you are with someone as good as your enemy, your lane is only 1.5x as strong as theirs.

But, if you are in a solo, you are 2x as strong as the other guy.

Jungler is fine, but I don't feel it's consistent enough.
Tri lane for life.

IMO bot lane comes down to having a 2 players who synergize well. You need solid champion picks too, but the difference between a winning bot comp and a losing one is the ability of both players doing well and working together...Example being the other night 5 of us got together and we already had someone who wanted to carry mid, SO I decided to AD carry bot lane as MF...My lane mate chose Nunu. I've been skeptical of having a Nunu supporting me bot lane, but we did great. He just constantly blood boiled me and I kept harassing the enemy. We dominated and I had ~5 kills 10 minutes in. IE by 15 minutes and PD Blood Thirster by 25...We faced a Sona + Graves...To most I think they'd think MF+Nunu should lose to Graves and Sona. but, this person I had never played with before but we got into a rhytm real quick. We just anticiapted each other's moves really well. When I got agressive he backed me up, when I backed off he fell back. Things like that can make support+ad bot really easy in comparison to other things IMO.
