I agree that it is hard to finish any high item cost build, perhaps I'm stuck in low elo. >700 wins and I consistently play against people with <200 wins. May have a large reason to do with how I pull off what I do. The other items remain AP to keep damage output. Cheaper options available, but philo stone and getting fed early invariably makes for a solid game whether you finish the build or not, win or lose, long as you played well and kept kill count higher than death count. That's kinda what I'm shooting for.
Agreed, key word being smart I guess. For what I've been playing against, maybe 1 person builds MR, apart from the tank. Simply don't 1v1 those opponents. MR does go a lot further than armor though, do dispute in those regards. Agreed AP can be easy to counter.
Stacking the Mag Pen runes does leave the option open for other kinds of boots to buy, that is also indisputably intelligent haha.
Aesthetics is a personal opinion. That was my point before. Respect. Thank for the civil return.

Yes, I bulleted that one twice, I agree.
I don't challenge you in any way. I am stating that two weeks of playing Ziggs whenever possible rarely got me 17K a match. That includes a 2 vs 5 game and so but I still think that getting everything is hard to do.
Mag Pen plays a vital part. If an enemy is smart and buys a
This is why I think having at least Mpen runes helps a lot. Ziggs will be harder to counter and it's possible to buy a Shoes later when you need the speed and maybe the penetration.
The build has potential, I don't deny that. After it sees some formatting I will be happy to upvote. I think a guide/build shouldn't only show a way for building a champ but should be a pleasure to read too.
You bullet twice for the same point. Just saying. Your preference man. Move on.
You challenge whether my build is actually even possible? Is that what I gather? Seriously man, where do you get off? Again, you don't seem to have even tried it, so ready to snuff what you consider theory.
You challenge my thoughts on Mag Pen -- I covered that I buy boots and have in masteries with Abyssal or the obvious Void Staff. All I really said was didn't feel need for RUNES. Ugh man, either you don't read, or you're just plain ignorant. Or jolly-hardy to make a point. You don't like the guide, got it. Your feedback continues to be medial compared to what other guides exist and what you really have to offer in exchange.

My expectations are basic:
- The reader should get explanation and BBcoded items to have an idea what you're talking about even he's a beginner. "Great harass? Why?" "Assuming you have the basic concept..." But then do not write something else in the title, state it that: Ziggs - a build for experienced players or such.
- A guide should not contain only text which is not even edited only a color on the items and spells. It would be so much better with icons or coded items... not that hard to do, really. You just put it into square brackets. Four pressed keys and it's much better!
Rod of Ages
hint: brackets are made with Alt Gr+ F or G
- This one costs 17+ K gold. I think one gets about 12-14 K a game and 17K might be a little too much even if someone knows how to last-hit well.
- The statement on not needing too much Mpen is false. I have laned once against someone with heavy MR runes and such and it was impossible until I bought Sorcerer's Shoes.
If you're still not satisfied by the explanation of what I find incorrect, please check this: Making a Guideexamples:
It helps a lot to create attractive and interesting guides. You can even use the template.
As for the Hexplosive vs Bouncing. That debate is medial, they are both maxed by level 13 and up to the player and their own opinion there. Personally I like the poke range on the bomb plus the fact it does more AP damage AND it guarantees its damage on hit whereas with hexplosives you have to strategically place and hope enemy doesn't anticipate or flash through. That's my reason for doing bouncing first.
Also, for what I know, I don't think you can undo a vote, but appreciate the sentiment.

Keep trying and I will upvote this guide. I hope this will serve as an impulse to you (^^).
Regards.
I did pick promote, but outlined it as "of course not always best" and discussed several other spells. Discussed use of wards, his W and E assist in evading but are medial when fully pushed out. Discussed laning concepts. Discussed avoiding gank. I did not say much, but for what you complain about, I did succinctly cover. Shame that your opinion was still worth a down vote.
Your criticism of all AP runes is fair. I stated it started as troll concept, but I even stated WHY I did that. I have in fact played this build every time since I 'discovered' it. I enjoy this build and have played it more than a handful of times. I suggest you try it before trying to suggest it's just theory.
Also, runes are all Ap, not primary ones could have been used way more effectively. It makes me wonder if you really have tried this out with runes and all or it's just theorycraft.
