Udyr is a solid pick. he has decent gank potential, fantastic jungle control, and can easily invade the jungle. I might move him to high tier 2 because he can be kited, but we shall see. Leblanc is in tier two because she is the best counter to mid. with all the aggressive mid APs out there, leblanc has become arguably the most popular counterpick in draft.[/quote]

[/quote] I've run OoM a few times on Soraka, actually, even with MP5 seals, but only late game with the 200 mana heal casts and having not been back to base for upwards of ten minutes. I've heard about other people running OoM a lot on Soraka now, but I guess they're probably just doing it wrong.[/quote]

She's still a very strong pick, and with her Infuse rebalance, she can really keep a mana-hungry AD in lane (Graves, Ez, etc.) for longer. Like many others have said, her mana still isn't really an issue in-lane, and she does usually get focused in teamfights to negate her healing powers.[/quote]
