Short but solid build. After your update your guide got even better.

Thnx for the comments I completely forgot about the skill problems. And ill also add situation items. However the main point was just a decent all round carry guide that would be good for most situations. oh and just from personal experience i dont really like replacing the boots till the third Phantom dancer just in case of any quick emergency get aways that you might need to do

some flaws:
as mentioned before, you need some armor pen: last whisper, black cleaver?
also you might wanna add a situational items section for items like quicksilver sash :D
maybe some extra coding needed
you can't max a spell at lvl 8, should be lvl 9, relook into that

I have few notes:

1) Runes

Marks: check, np
Seals: check, np
Glyphs: BAD! CDR? Ok, maybe, but flat AD? 2,52 bonus AD or 6,5 woth stacking runes? Just no. MR per lvl are much better option.
Quints: dunno, imho flat AD is better, or go for more ArPen

2) Masteries, summoners

Check.

3) Items

Add some situational choices! You can build every game exactly this. Sometimes you need Banshee's, sometimes Last Whisper, Black Cleaver is possible too etc etc.

You can't have Piltover Peacemaker lvl 3 when you are lvl 4. And as the guy above me said you wil needsome armor pentration and some situational defense items. For the rest it's a good guide

I just dropped by and decided to leave some suggestions:

- You should buy either Black Cleaver or Last Whisper, to help you kill the enemies who stack Armor.
- You could sell your boots once you buy your second Phantom Dancer and buy another item, such as Banshee's Veil.
- You can't put a point in Piltover Peacemaker at level 8.
- Instead of Cooldown Reduction per level Glyphs, I recommend Magic Resist per level Glyphs.
- How about writing 90 Caliber Net instead of what you write? Do it like this:
