Dunno. Twitch's ganks are super easy, my first game jungling as him was 24/2. I think they dislike people jungling with him because a bunch of Twitch's fail and die in the jungle or something, idk. In my first game in champion select when I locked in as Twitch with Smite someone went "ffs, not a jungle twitch". Though after my second successful gank on his lane, among various successful ganks on other lanes, he said "wow, you're the only jungle Twitch I've ever seen not fail". Just play enough games to change the opinion of the entire LoL community, I gues...
When you talk about ranked, you have to state your elo before you can really prove a point tbh. There's different levels of play when you talk about certain champions. For example, low elo people don't know how to play against Shaco. More experienced players do. The same applies to Twitch, Evelynn, Maokai, etc.

As said above. Twitch is broken in that hes really good against uninformed people or new players but really **** against experienced players or people who know his mechanics and how to deal with them. Whenever I see a Twitch jungle I just buy a Vision Ward for my lane, simples.

that's not necessarily true at all. There are plenty of people at higher elo who don't know how to play against Shaco

So xai, how would u play against a shaco. How do u counter a shaco? He's the best ward dodger in the game, u're gonna have to loose loads of cs just because the amount of pressure shaco takes on all the lanes. My 93% winrate with shaco approves of this, shaco is uncounterable and basically broken.
I'm 1500 elo btw.
