He invented this type of algebra, which is used today for computers' functionality, and the logic gates he invented are still used today to make up processors. He invented all of this around 1850. AP carries won't buy it because they can't build it into anything useful. Champions that do get proper use from it (Akali/Morde) both usually last hit with spells, and Jax needs to start with Boots or Cloth Armour depending on his lane match up, both of which give more sustain, in quicker bursts. So - You get (far) less sustain (and FAR more prone to harass since you've not got boots, you'd be decimated by most champions) For An item builds into something worse than what you'd normally get[/quote]
