Excellent guide ! works VERY well.

early game you you have too much attack speed bcause of Q, Atk speed boots and Phantom dancer and not enough AD so your attacks deal pitiful damage. I,m not trying this build never again..

Some constructive criticism:

greater mark of desolation is a must-have for any AD carry, and using AD marks is going to reduce your damage output once you reach level 6.
Buying two phantom dancers does not waste your Q. They can help with positioning as well as adding more movement speed. I recommend getting no more than Berserker's Greaves, two phantom dancers and Black Cleaver, because using Q with the combined attack speed of these items will just hit the cap.
Tristana has an exceptionally strong early game. The reason you think she is weak early game is because you are not taking advantage of her early game magic burst. You choose to max out Rapid Fire first. I don't recommend this since getting it without any significant damage items is not optimal. Using her burst however, can lead to total lane domination, bursting down the enemy before they even have time to react. Check my guide for more info.
You have too many unnecessary points in the Offense mastery tree. Those points could be better placed for more utility and defense. Some masteries to take points from are Butcher , Demolitionist and possibly Sorcery.

You shouldn't really be needing Butcher , because you are focusing on last-hitting. If you are having trouble last-hitting, then you might want points in this.

Demolitionist is not essential. Sure, you can take down towers faster, but I think you're better off putting this point into a defense/utility mastery for added survivabilty/utility.

Sorcery is also not essential, but you can get it IF you need the cooldown reduction. Otherwise, it's a waste.
