I think that might be what her ultimate turns people into(since I heard talk of polymorph).

The squirrel is a fear where you can control your movements, its a slow too.
Her ultimate is completely unknown, but it isn't her polymorph.
She has her fairy as a skill similar to orianna's Q I believe.
Her fairy can cast some of her spells i believe.
Her Passive is an auto attack boost, and can be given to allies, most likely something involving her fairy.
Guinsoo would probably like this champ huehuehue.

Nope.
It's, as Xeph described it, a pacify.
No spells or attacking and a cosmetic 15% slow.
It can still be cleansed/QSS-ed as it is a normal CC. Tagged under silence meaning it'll interrupt channels.
