I really dislike Atmas on people with an AD steroid :/ (unless you're sion)

I feel that a randuins or something would be better there, or even an I.E. if you want to drop some armor.

Well, Atma's Impaler is just the most cost efficient way to combine armor, crit and damage, no matter what. And in my build, Dr. Mundo needs exactly this.

I just don't feel that he needs the damage, he needs crit, attack speed, and resists.

Wit's End might be what i replace it with, and just replace FoN with GA.

Atma's is great on Mundo, especially when coupled with Mogg/Mallet.

Bottom line is Mundo needs 7 item spaces. He just can't quite itemize properly with 6.

Force of Nature is a must have on Dr. Mundo It increases his regen drastically (~7-8 more HP per second, PER SECOND), it gives him ms which is combined with Maximum Dosage just godlike and the magicresist is the highest in the game.

And duff already said, Wit's End sucks on mundo. If you get an PD, you already have enough AS, I think.

What you would get instead of Force of Nature on Dr. Mundo for magicresist which puts you higher than 150?
