Lol, Riot gets really crazy with those skillshots of new champions. Don't mean it's bad, though. Lulu's Q looks like fun.

Lulu seems a tad complex to use to her fullest, but the other side of that coin is she's really interesting and probably really fun to play. Seen enough of her to be entertained, not enough to make any real judgement
