So my friend started jungling Shyv and he thinks Rylai's is better then Frozen Mallet because she goes into a team fight with burnout and dragon form it slows entire team. So what you guys think would you get rylai's or Frozen Mallet?

Your Q procs on-hit effects, so if one of the two, definitly frozen mallet. AP is more or less useless on her, because she is AD. But I would go for triforce imo.

Scepter only applies the full slow on her E. And only while in human form.

Mallet gives more health and a better slow too. You also have a speed boost to reapply the slow from mallet.

So... yea. No apples/oranges remarks this time.

You don't get mallet if you get Trinity Force or if you're AP.
