This is not how I would build Lulu but its closer than any other guild I've seen.

Overall: Nice start, needs some more information. Along with some more alternatives to items.

Grammar: Nothing that I could find. :P

Visual: Love your usage of icons, maybe add some banners? Or a video. Otherwise very nice.

Items: I like your item setup for the most part. Curious to your opinion on Archangel's Staff with Lulu. Also, suggestion for alternative survival items: Banshee's Veil or Guardian's Angel might be something to look into.

+1 from me. Good luck with your guide.

Great layout, just a bit of lacking in explanation.

Interesting build but where is the nashers and why start with the boots and health potions? Its a good build but some things should be further looked into.

Nashor's? Why would I get a hybrid item on a non-hybrid champion? Also, as I've stated before, I believe getting very early boots can be very advantageous. You, however, don't have to get those starting items if you don't feel you want them.

I think the starting items can be changed a bit to allow a faster entrance into the main build and the runes do seem off as said before. I did have the decency to try to build and sadly I wasn't doing as well as the other ap/support build :( try tweaking the items and tunes a bit but the structure of the guide is great! I love the use of images! Keep up the good work!

I'm sorry you haven't had success with this build, and I may change the runes since so many people seem off-set by my choice of marks.

Nice build, I do agree with a few other comments that the AS runes are a strange choice though, I personally go for flat MPen, but this is because I always get the cooldown reduction from Ionian Boots of Lucidity.

Also, a weird choice of my own is taking Clarity as a summoner spell. For me pulling off the Glitterlance skillshot can be a bit tricky so until I become adept at it, Clarity really helps me be more aggressive with the frequency of my spellcasts. I also find I never need to take blue buff so someone else can always use it for the cooldown reduction / their own needs.

I think you should add Shurelya's Reverie to the situational items too. An early Philosopher's Stone for me gives me even more gold to make up for getting more expensive items such as the Rabadon's Deathcap AND Rylai's Crystal Scepter. It also of course gives health / health regen and another boost of CDR (as I don't take Morello's Evil Tome). The speed boost also comes in handy for team fights / rushes. I do understand however that this doesn't give AP and this is a pure damage build.

I did consider putting CDR boots or Morello's in the core build, and I may still do that, but I don't think that Shurelya's would be best for an AP build, not just because it gives no AP, but also because it's such a popular support item, and I don't think a team needs more than one of those.

I find getting boots that early to be a great advantage, however, you're free to use whatever starting items you want/need. That's why I went over more than 1 choice. As far as the expensive build goes, I only really concern myself with finishing my core build before a game ends, while just trying to fill the other item slots with situational items that change with every game. I decided to go over the items I tend to consider once I have my core build finished.

good start

very nice layout and all. dont really agree with your marks for AS. really weird choice. think some lane phasing and lane matchups sections should be added. really think that you could add in heal and teleport for summoner spells. still quite good spells to use.

keep up the good work!

Thanks for the compliments. I don't really consider the AS marks very essential, but I do think they benefit Lulu's early harassment capabilities. As far as a countering section goes, it would probably be mostly theory crafting, since I haven't used Lulu against too many other mid laners, to be honest. Also, I really spaced on those summoner's, I really should add something about TP and Heal. Getting on that now.
