Don't jungle and especially don't support. ;)
Really, only support if you are a better man than me ... babysitting guys that are terrible is not fun.
I love to jungle, but the randomness and uselessness of some teams sometimes devastates me.
Whatever position or role you prefer, always try to have as much impact on a game as possible with that champ. If you want to win.
I abandoned all hope of a good statistic and play solo queue jungler in normal games all the time. It truly makes me loose all hope in mankind( and lots of games- as I play teamroulette), but when you can shape a victory it feels twice as good. And I just do not like sitting in one lane, gives my claustrophobia ;)

With almost 400 games under my belt, honestly i've come to the conclusion that no matter how good you are, if you go into randoms, its right around 50/50 chance you are going to win. if you are an AMAZING player it shifts to about 60/40% chance you are going to win. If you really want to make a big difference in game, learn to be the best Jungler there ever was. Bad junglers lose games, period. Good junglers epicly win games. Support role doesnt have much to do with winning games, how effective THEY are is based purely on how aggressive/how good at last hitting their partner AD carry is. AD carries can definitely win games, as well as AP mid. Top lane job is pretty much not to let the other top lane feed or farm through zoning, so again not the BIGGEST impact, but not the least impact either. My best advice is to join a Clan with lots of members on all the time and learn which ones you can trust to game with, and quit doing complete randoms alltogether. Even if you go in with 2 friends you can communicate with on Skype, Vent, Teamspeak, w/e, your odds of winning go up drastically.

I guess you need to choose your time to play wisely. ie: in my experience, i don't play from 6pm to 22pm... it's worthless since there are so many kids around. They don't really care for what you're saying and if the game starts bad they'll just feed the other team :\
I've had that 50/50 chance experience as well... I'm at around 500 wins and 460-470 losses... I hate when people see my games while i was under level 20... i sucked so bad then xD
It sucks. Last night i went in with a group of friends and their friends, we had an all 5 team and most of us were on Skype. We played 4 matches and won 3. 75% win chance is ALOT better than 50%. randoms are pretty much derp derp times when you go to practice on a new champ or brush up on an old champ, or at least keep up your skills on a current favorite champ. Stop thinking of them as times to go in and win, and more like scrimmages or practice time, and the attitude you put towards it will increase and get more positive. The only real way to win consistently is to find good friends and get on a voice service of some kind while you play for better communication.
