Nashor's Tooth is one of the most gold-efficient items in the game, in terms of stats. It was even before it got bufffed. If you want AP and AS, get it and get the highest single-item CDR as an added bonus. The only problem with Nashor's Tooth is that almost no possible build wants both AP and AS, and the way the current meta is no one actually does.

Cost efficiency is kinda irrelevant when nobody can use the stats offered xP

Orianna all the way.One of the best late-game items for her. With enough AP +
Lich Bane + AS she can auto attack for pretty hardcore damage.The real problem, it's damn scary to get into that AA range as Ori in late game. Pretty good for taking turrets down, though. CDR helps as well.
Surely works on Ori.
