Kay, I dont really like Nashor's Tooth, and I dont ever build it.
But I still have to say I used to be called a "****ing baddie" because I thought Philosopher Stone was a good item. It got nerfed 8 months later because it was too strong. So I'm really not the kind of guy to tell you : dont build this ****, it's bad...

Only person I ever build it on is Kass. It works well with his kit(CDR in general, Mana regen, AS for W passive, AP) but only if I'm winning by such a huge margin I can build any minorly beneficial item and still win.
