I noticed that you complained on my build that I have too much mana early game, where as on your build, you answered in your FAQ that you don't have enough. Maybe there is a better balance? I use my mana early game to stay healed up and in the lane, denying the enemy team farm and kills. I suppose I play more defensively so I can faceroll later against weaker enemies, while you are more offensive from the start. Also, you want to be able to keep punishing the enemy team ALL game, not just when you have blue buff, so mana is really helpful. You are playing her AP, after all!
As for your marks, they are actually quite expensive! For a cheaper price, you can get a little more than those stats by mixing the Greater Mark of Desolation and Greater Mark of Magic Penetration together. I do like taking the armor pen for pre 6 auto attacks.
I am glad you aren't a big fan of Rod of Ages either - by playing Nidalee as a mage, you should be in the back of fights! xD
That's all I really see for now, except that there are lots of walls of texts and some typos. O.o You can use my spear dividers if you want to, since it's the same champion!
I didn't know it was inappropriate to vote on a guide for a champion that you have as well, so I guess I won't vote for now. Good luck on your guide! :D
Edit: I forgot to mention, I was going to cry about you not getting Executioner for your spears in the Offensive tree, but I realized that you did in the Masteries section. You might want to make those match! XD
Edit: You also have AD quints on your cheat sheet...? Yet you have AP quints in your written section.... o.O Again, you might want to make those match! I strongly suggest the AP quints for an AP carry. xD
Edit: I'm sorry, I keep finding stuff haha. Mercury Treads on AP Nidalee? It seems pretty obvious from your guide that you stay as far away from enemies as possible during teamfights. This is correct for full AP Nid, but in that case, I suggest grabbing Sorcerer's Shoes for the magic penetration - you won't need the tenacity if you're not jumping into teamfights. You've already got CDR from Morello's Evil Tome, otherwise you could grab Ionian Boots of Lucidity. Also, have you tried Swiftness Boots or Mobility Boots? Your movement speed goes past 500, and ganking lanes only takes a few seconds! xD
+1
+1, good job keep up the good work.
Troll Build.
I've already reported you twice to a moderator. This is the third time in less than a day. You're building up quite the resume to be permanently banned
Also I did not look at all of your champions listed however I STRONGLY recommend making them in Alphabetical Order. It may take a while to re-arrange them but it will look nicer. In particular I looked at Lux and I think you should re-rank her. For newer Nidalee players a skilled Lux can destroy her. I know I have seen it happen many times. These are my thoughts for now. Still a good overall job though :)

I think this is very nicely detailed and well thought out. Would this build work on top lane?
top lane is so different from mid. I make adjustments to my game play even in mid-lane and especially top. So the same principals would apply, but you have to adjust accordingly. I would consider Rod of Ages because of Catalyst the Protector. I would also switch around some masteries and consider different runes. Armor runes might be necessary. But the ideas for gameplay still apply, AP Nidalee's role doesn't change based on her lane, perhaps roaming would be a bit more difficult.
