just a (really stupid) question: would w on minions push the lane too hard if used more often?
Well, eventually once you master Lee Sin and get a good feel for the dynamic and flow of the game, pushing a lane isn't even necessarily a bad thing. I will often intentionally push the lane.

Atma's as a final item isn't very good anymore, Lee is so good at jungling that bladed armor is entirely unnecessary.
My advice would be to replace the Atma's with either a BT or a Randuin's.
