We were against Graves + Galio, they were winning in CS and pushing constantly, then they got the tower and I froze the lane for literally a couple of minutes on my side of the river. I didn't even know you could freeze for that long. So then eventually I had IE + PD + LW + Vamp scepter whilst Graves only had IE and Zeal (Galio was taking CS and building AP because he was pissed at their Brand for not banning Kassadin and first picking Brand or something) and I killed everything in four shots.
I ended up with almost 300 CS in a bit under 40 minutes, which isn't exactly pro level but a lot more than I usually get. Especially considering I missed a ton of last hits at the start because I was derping.

I didn't record it but you basically just tank the minions to stop them reaching the tower and only ever attack to last hit. It's possible to hold the waves in one place for quite some time, especially if the original enemy minion wave was a large one.
It's pretty hard to do it while your outer tower is still up, but once it's destroyed you can farm freely for a very long time if you freeze properly.
