I envy you. I spent 30 hours on my guide and I'm still not sastified with myself. But moving on, I'd recommend you get the giant pictures of Riven's skills out of my face. It makes the spacing of your paragraphs odd and difficult to read. A simple [Ki Burst would suffice.
Your item build is effective, but I'd change your masteries. When I jungle Riven, I get along perfectly fine using 9/21 or 21/9 (I personally prefer 9/21 in order to sustain better). Also, I'd include sections to explain: masteries, summoner spells, situational items, and your skilling order. The majority of players who look at this guide will be new to Riven and will want to know why these things benefit them.
Lastly, is there any particular reason you don't just take 9 mark of desolations? I find them much more useful early and late game than the Mark of Attack Damage.
:) Dont know what should i say to thank you or not.. but you guys giving even more tips about rivne that i didnt know. as i said in first reply im not skilled player yet. But i try my best to give people the best... about masteries, yes at first i used 21/0/9 masteries then i changed them a couple times.. masteries thats really about how you want to play if you want to be agressive or defensive its all about you, so i think i ll made some masteries in planner and put it here on to my guide, and about those runes its the same, its on the player how he choose, as you saw or not i dont know but i edited a bit the guide from the original release.. as i said, im not finished yet with this guide ill work on it to get higher votes and etc. also ill try all the things to newbies.. anyway thanks for you comment :)

Well, you should give some option for build, some alternatives are always good. For example give suggestion that someone can use greater mark of desolation instead of Greater Mark of Attack Damage.
Now, masteries are very strange for me (and certainly not only for me) - try to trade toughtness and Bladed Armor for weapon master, you don't really need so much help in jugnle, nearly no champion needs after all these jungle nerfs while extra %armor penetration will help not only in jumgle (faster killing) and also in ganking and teamfights.
Atma's Impaler, maw of malmoritus and Frozen Mallet are perfect items for riven. Although you have too much HP compared to armor and magic resistance - it's very ineffective to have such ratio between these stats, and you waste a lot of gold you could spent on armor and magic resistance that would give more survivability (at the same cost). So i advice to add some more armor and magic resistance instead of that bulk of HP.
Skills order - it's more beneficial for Riven to max Ki Burst before Broken Wings (as you get not only more damage, but better cooldown on your main CC while Broken Wings usually acts as Runic Blade procer and lesser CC at 3rd strike). Valor also is better to max before Broken Wings as it gives extra survivability, so you don't need to build so much defense.
Think over certain things, so far i didn't vote - guide is generally good and nothing's really bad here (except for masteries), but you could do it better.

Making this build took me about hour and half, so yes, i could do it better and i will :) i just need to think more about those items.. personally i like this build, and still im not pro player in LoL (playing for like a 4months or less)and i simply love riven in this game.. about your tips, i agree with you in those runes, and i will edit this build to be better i just posted the way how i play my riven :) Also i thought about changing warmogs armor into something different like Guardian Angel, Aegis of Leagion etc. but dunno with what item i should replace that warmog... That skil order never tried before to max Ki burst first, always maxed first Valor or Broken Wings.. but anyway thanks for advices.. ill try to do the best i can, to reach maximum from this build :) // (sorry for not using commands but a little bit tired) :)
