Warwick - Annoying to play against
Shaco - Koreans are too good at Shaco, forreal.
Dr.Mundo - Could still possibly be "OP" and FOTM. Remove or keep on, we'll see when patch is live.
Lulu - Got a small nerf, still strong.
Lee Sin - Smashes people too hard in Solo Queue, can't let him be picked.
Soraka - Too strong as a support, a lot of people don't know how to play against her bot because of too strong sustain.
Shen - ... Self-Explained.

So koreans really liked playing Shaco
Koreans while playing Shaco = 10/0
Koreans while playing any other champion = 0/10
And they were playing that on NA in high elo so a lotta pros started messing around and spreading korean shaco.
That's where it came from.
