Armor seals, magic resist glyphs, AD marks and quints.

You pretty much have the runes down already.
The only ones you might want to change are the AD marks for ArP marks, but that's up to you depending on what you need.
AD marks are for a little more early sustain through E.
ArP marks are for more damage on your normal attacks and Q.
For masteries I'd recommend 9/21/0. You often get more out of having those defense bonuses. Remember to get the AD, CDR and magic penetration in offense.

well on yorick i like to use
ad red; armor yellow ; mp5 blue; ad/ms quints
if against magical damage switch yellows for mp5 and blues for flat mr
after you get used to the champion you will be able to manage without any mp5 and go mr/lvl on blues

The marks for any physical champ are always up for debate, and it will never be truly solved. ArP marks do better against champs and scale better into late game, but the ad marks let you farm better while still increasing your damage against champs, just not by as much. I namely grab the ad ones b/c im not a total baws at last hitting and i need that little edge to keep from leaving creeps with 5 health and insta-jacked by a caster >.< If you're already a last-hit pro, i guess you could go for arpen, if like me you need that little edge, go for ad. Altho im not entirely sure if your ghouls get your arpen stats? i know they scale off some percent of your ad tho... If they DO get some of your arpen, then those marks are viable, if not, then just stick with AD to make your ghouls hit harder, too. Thats really the crux of the debate with Yoric.

Full glyphs mana per 5 aren't even 3 mana per 5, it's like 2.7
And I'm not going to replace armor seals for mana per 5, since the armor helps a ton on top and the mana per 5 seals are barely any better. I think only one extra mana per 5 on that set.
Anyways, I've been using different things. I was just being lazy and using one of my jungle pages for him with HP quints, 5 as marks and 4 flat ad marks, armor seals and mr glyphs. It worked but I don't think the as marks are necessary at all. They may have been helping me last hit minions back to back if need be instead of trying to cast a ghoul to catch the ones I may miss, but it would probably be fine without.
The rune page I just switched to is the same thing just full flat ad marks and the rest the same.
And yes, I know I can change mr runes to mr per level for a better alternative to glyphs, but I build Yorick so tanky anyways if I need MR by the time mid starts roaming or laning phase is over I'll have it.
Think I'd prefer to buy runes to optimize his early game instead of trying to buy mr runes for late game that I'd be building much more of anyways.
Runes for early game most the time imo.
If mana per level were any better I may consider it, but atm they seem like bad choices.
Anyone else have any other ideas? Sorry for rambling. lol
EDIT: Oh, and I'll most likely have different rune pages depending on who I have top. Say they have Vlad top, yea I'll use the flat mr glyphs. So I'll probably have a few separate pages.
Probably the HP quints would be the best ones to change, but I've been liking those with 21/9 masteries and the extra 40 hp in defense or w/e it is.
