I'm thinking 
Black Cleaver + Madred's Bloodrazor, then Life steal from either Hextech Gunblade or Bloodthirster, and then tank items from there.
TBC and MB both have amazing synergy, and because of % damage that might be all he needs to build :P

Personally I like stacking a ton of lifesteal, but that's just my opinion.

Madred's Bloodrazor
Hextech Gunblade
Wit's End/ Phantom Dancer/ Bloodthirster
Situational Item

If you want to get Madred's Bloodrazor, you also have to get Void Staff to make it effective. Without Void Staff the item for its cost is just not usable. And Wit's End > Madred's Bloodrazor anytime.

Okay, so on another note, I also want to look at combos. from what I can tell, he has strong potential to get a lvl 2 kill by getting W first and poking til lvl 2 where you apply his blight then piercing arrow and get a kill.
