it would be useful for ignite that way. its 5 ad/ap when smite is down, meaning 150 ad/ap when it is with 30 points in summoners wrath.

Ignite is what I'm talking about.
No real reason why you shouldn't be able to get multiply +5's.

But Crow is right on that one. Even with ignte on yourself Permheal would be nasty (permignite not THAT good)

Thank god they patched that... using 3rd party software to screw with mastery pages is low :(
