In my opionion you get IE to early, when i play ez i try to get some crit before IE for some more damage mid game.

I personally didn't enjoy the pictures too much lol..

I don't think you should get Trinity Force that late. Your build is reaally lacking Armor Penetration, you should get Last Whisper instead of Tri-Force.

I won't vote yet, mainly because you've got some major changes to make.

- Consider taking out points from the utility tree and the magic pen + CDR in the offense tree and invest them in the defense tree. You shouldn't be spamming skills as ez anyway, your mana is limited.

- Your guide is too brief. Consider adding a laning section/teamfight section, expanding on your chapters, etc.

- You need to rush Sheen. This is important as it will help solve Ezreal's mana problems.

- You don't have an appropriate ending. Don't just end the guide with the items section! Add a new chapter saying something like "Thanks for reading my guide", etc.

As you can see here the bonus damage from sheen won't be affected by a crit. If an attack crits then the damage from the attack is doubled (or *2.5 with IE), afterwards all the on-hit effects are put onto it.

LoL, ofc sheen proc can crit... Get your facts straight.
But Mystic Shot can't crit.
