I think I've finally started to figure out my strength and weaknesses in LOL. I think my biggest strengtth at my ELO (low, granted) is being able to cs well, not overextend, have constant map awareness, etc. So given that, I really want to learn how to main AD carries, where i think this style of gameplay will be most rewarded with a huge late-game pay-off. However, I need to decide which one to "main". I know difference situaions call for different champs, but i'd love to have a "go to". So if some people would recommend who you find to be your favorite ad carry with great lategame potential, i'd love to hear. Two in particular i am curious about are Kog'Maw and Corki. Any opinion on them?

AD carries are all pretty balanced so you can basically play whichever ones you like most. Kog has the best lategame of all ADs.

My favorites are Caitlyn, Graves and Sivir.

Kog is mid game, early late game is good too, but his damage falls off in comparison.

Vayne has a strong lategame but Kog's is better. I dunno what you mean about his damage falling off, you're clearly crazy.

No.

Kog lacks damage late and his magic damage is nullified by magic resistance then. That part of his damage is reduced as the game goes on - just like MF. He gets range increase, sure, but he can't have it permanently. He's aimed at mid game/early late game because of that. Vayne is THE late game carry.

Kog does have a strong late, undoubtedly, but Vayne's is stronger. Kog's damage is aimed at the earlier, more mid game section of the game since it is largely magical.

Yes.

They're both good late anyway.
