Likely true... honestly i dont see my self going above 1,200 or maybe 1,3000 i think im at my skill lvl...
There is no 'elo hell' as in it is defined by certain boundaries. The higher you get, the better players you will meet, both in the enemy team as in your own. There is no specific elo at which this so-called elo-hell ends. In my opinion, it is most certainly there but it simply is not defined by certain elo values.
