What ever bac to topic. There is really no OP champs some a strong but they are not game breaking stron. Even the licks of Shen can be beaten if you play the match up smart. Problem is most people can' do that.

Anivia and AP Kog'Maw in my honest opinion. When they're played properly, it's a bit disgusting...AKA FROGGEN.
In all seriousness though, AP Kog can literally zone the whole enemy team when Living Artilleries are placed properly and Anivia walls can divide and ruin the best positionings while putting out "tons of damage".
