Most have been spoken for but no one mentioned AP kog. Not played often (almost never played at low elo) he is probably the best poke champ in the game when played AP. Obviously his ultimate gets crazy good but before you get that your slow is just as good since it moves quite fast, has a decent width, and the scaling is really good 0.9 I think same with his Q. Once you get your ult in lane abuse the **** out of it. Just make sure you don't run the debuff too high or else you will run out over mana instantly.

Have to agree with Xerath, Soraka, Janna, and Lulu.
I'd throw in Vlad. You see him top all the time, but almost never mid. Jiji contained a Ryze with Vlad last night in the TSM invitational.
Karma is strong and the definition of underrated, but I think she really just works better bot pretending to be support while secretly carrying.

The high skill cap of Orianna makes her hardly seen is normals/low ELO matches. I've made it a habit to play her whenever I can just to show people how strong she is and to hopefully get them to try her ^^

AP Yi; I wouldn't play him myself, but had a wondrous match where he got fed and pretty much carried my enemy team's game. Ulti, alpha strike for killing the carry - refresh - alpha strike for killing the mid and the support - refresh - troll around, alpha strike for penta. I never felt so helpless.
I play Orianna and Swain, hardly ever see any of the two. Viktor is also so rare I only saw one once on my side of the team during free week.
