amumu, leona, or shen.
Thank you jhoijhoi, Keondre, LaCorpse, The_Nameless_Bard, Arcana3, Apfeljack, Hogopogo, eddie199, Xiaowiriamu, and JEFFY40HANDS for the spectacular sigs!

Obviously Teemo. Who in the game, other than Teemo, has a Global Taunt? No one...except maybe for Evelynn.
I think Singed is the best overall tank since he might be the most versatile. He runs fast, puts enemies into dangerous positions, AoE slow, does "Tons of damage" by running around in circles, can peel Tryndamere off your carry, and is practically unkillable with Insanity Potion on. He also has this really powerful Taunt when he's running away.

It's really hard to say...
Shut-down (ragequit, QQ):
Alistar and
Maokai
Need CC/Support:
Leona/
Shen
1v5 (in-freaking-vincible and ridiculous damage output):
Mordekaiser and
Amumu
The best tanks (in my honest opinion) would have to be the ones that can do what needs to be done no matter how much farm they have or how the game is going. The champions I always rely on for versatility, effectiveness, and sufficiency would have to be
Galio,
Shen, and (I can't believe I'm saying this)
Singed.
My personal favourite choice (for fun, that actually works):
Skarner

No no no, the best tank is ...
T-34? Srsly? It's not like the Tiger was better or sth...
It wasnt the T34 (or any russian tank lol) who stopped our tanks. It was the snow. And the mud. Our tanks werent build for the russian winter.
Correct me if I'm wrong but one of the best tanks (best IMO means "war-winning") was the M26 Pershing. Not some russian tank, bro. U know, till the Pershing was build, Panzerkampfwagen VI (Tiger) and Sd.Kfz. 171. (Panther) dominated. A Tiger was able to "kill" a Sherman at any distance and angle 1 shot.
But why am I writing this? Also a russian tank?
Sup Americans, normally some American tank would've won!
