Nice concept but
the passiv is usless you won't get any Ap on a support unless you get lucky pick and if you do it still be very littel you gain and if not you gone see that champ mid. That alone would make her really good ther after the MR rune nerfes

e is not good it is like karams slow speed buff unless the range is hugh or it has like no cd is is just a bad concept
R didn't we not learn from the time when sona was strong that having a tank abillity on the support is something really bad?
But I like the idea of bulding the chamo around totems

I added the ap to scale into teamfight phase.
his E i wanted to act like Lux,only more baws, its nothing like Karma's slow/speed beam.
The only reason Sona's ult sucks is because it doesnt last long enough to make a huge difference.
The whole concept i created was meant to cause a bit of a struggle between getting the general support items like philo stone and heart of gold, and stacking AP like a motherf****r to make it to where once you get to your late game, you make the rest of your team invincible. The scaling on the heal needs to be upped, i think, to 75%.

Passive: *Champion* passively gives off an aura, for every 10 AP Champion has, nearby friendly champions gain 1 armor and .5 magic resist. Base 1.5/lvl.
Q: places a totem on the ground and Heals all friendly champions within target area for *some reasonable scaling number 1-5* + 50% *Champion* ap
W: Places a totemic shield on Target Friendly Champion that blocks the next *reasonable scaling number 1-5* + 50% *Champion* AP
E: Places a totem on the ground that offers sight and slows all enemy champions inside by (20/30/40/50/60%) and persists until toggled off, drains mana while it is active.
R: *champion* Places a Totem on the ground that, after a short delay, stuns all enemy champions in range for (1.5,2.5,3.5) seconds.
IDK if this would work or if it is even a good idea, if it is OP or UP, but i think that its something to be considered. There are 0 offensive abilities, and is strictly a support, but i feel like the champ can still have alot of impact on the game no matter what the stage.

Edit: Increase scaling of the heal from 50% ap to 75% ap
Edit: Perhaps add "deals damage equal to 100% ap" on the R ability, with no base damage
