Also Avarice Blade may find a use on this guy. You can get it early game to get more farm and that crit chance and sell it later.

That whole "catch his axe" thing is awful. just awful. Really telegraphs where he is going to be in the next few seconds, and makes landing skillshots that much easier. Im thinking of, specifically, Rupture and Nevermove. I really really hope that changes, because that mechanic alone will steer me clear of the champ. Olaf's axe from Undertow is different... it stays in place for several seconds. THAT is ok.

Oh come on, it depends how much risk/reward it is going to bring. Isn't that obvious already that the simpler champion is and more rounded skills he has the more viable in pro-play it is? Look how often Graves is picked in comparison to Vayne. Does that make them so much different in normals/draft or even solo?

I've already seen Draven in action from the PBE, the axes fall somewhat fast, that's why he has a very movement based kit with his Blood Rush skill. It will weed out the bads from goods with how fast you can grab the axes and keep going.
