Why do you put those random c4d's on your background? Besides that, your lighting doesn't work well this way. There comes light from the left, that's ok. But that light spot from the right, you don't see it back on your render or something. It's a bit unreal cause of that.
Tip, Don't plant random c4d's on your background, just useless. You should use them as effects and stuff.

I beg to differ. C4Ds as background can sometimes be really useful and also give nice effects/visuals. Just like this signature. I also doubt its "random". Greynade would of chosen a c4d to fit the needs of the signature. I have a feeling what c4d this is, if not a similar one. The c4d gives a nice visual though in this sig. The lighting is good - It's not perfect but its better than most of the signatures i've seen on the forum, including my own. There are tiny parts that can be improved, such as the "blue" line on the right, looks odd. The right part of the lighting; could soft light a bit near the render's shoulder to reflect that lighting source.
Overall focus is spot on. Background is a good visual. Awesome sig ^_^

Looking at your current sig and then at grey's - it's kinda funny that you would say what you did.
While grey's c4d usage makes his tag interesting - sort of an explosion like effect which is enhanced by the lighting, your tag is a boring c4d overlay on a stock with minimal effort.
