I have seen 0 Nocts in the last... 20-30 of my games.
I'm not saying that he's not strong, but I never see him and I think he's fairly weak.

That guy puts soo much pressure on lanes, and the sustain he has from the smaller camps with his umbra blade thingy is soo good!
