[/quote] Not at all. They are effectively making the original Zhonya's take up 2 item slots and cost twice the original ammount. The need for a 2nd item slot for the other half of Zhonya's makes getting both items not quite as efficient as the original Zhonya's since you lose out on other unique passives/actives that you might've needed. I predict that Banksy's will be more popular than Hourglass, since stacking AP and doing more damage seems to be a much more popular thing to do, than getting defense and survivability(unless you're a tank). However, there are still mages that need the Zhonya's active and that are mages who have ults that place them in the middle of team fights, such as Morgana, Kennen, and Fiddlesticks, just to name a few.[/quote]
