Alright, here it is. It's definitely on the simple side, so I can redo it with some spruced up effects if you'd like. Unless you prefer simple that is. :P
This one I did using only the blur, dodge, burn, gradient, and paint tools, definitely the most fun way to make these, although a little less flashy lol.
