Kass/Talon would probably be another hard anticasters, but a good Viktor can catch both within the [[gravity field]] whereas with LB you can't really pull that off. And unless you are the aimbot with your ray, it's gonna be very hard to lane vs LB without getting close to her (aka get 100-0'ed)[/quote]

The trick is to [[Power Transfer]] and immediately lay down the start of [[Death Ray]] for a pretty much guaranteeing hit. :p[/quote]

Any Viktor player who just uses a full mres page, yes that will be me, simply shuts [[leblanc]] down! Rushing an [[Abyssal Scepter]] seals the deal. I've ran the setup a couple of times and no [[leblanc]] player had any chance against it. [rule] Runes 9x[[Greater Mark of Warding]] 9x[[Greater Seal of Shielding]] or 9x[[Greater Seal of Clarity]] or 9x[[Greater Seal of Warding]] (The scaling ones are useful, but not necessary) 9x[[Greater Glyph of Warding]] 3x[[Greater Quintessence of Warding]][/quote]

[/quote] I wasn't getting ganks from a jungler or anything. I'd hit him with a few Q's, then he'd sit at turret, so I suprise flash'd up and killed him with ignight. Lol.
