Power Transfer. Leveling that move makes Viktor actually win a lot of trades, even with LB. The shield is so undervalued, but so helpful... I don't even run MR on Viktor. (I use movespeed, Magic pen, Mana regen and AP per level) Just every time I fought LB, I managed to kill her relatively easily. Again this may be my skill with Viktor, her lack of skill with LeBlanc or a million other things. It's hard to really gauge it, I guess. I typically always attempt to kill my laner myself before calling jungler help.

The good thing about Swain is that whenever you move in after your Nevermove landed you're going to take 50% of the opponent's HP off. IF you are godly enough to land an ult, then you can Q-E her, but she will still GET AWAY.
And after that your burst is down for 90ish sec, while she can repeat hers 25 seconds later...

Good point. We haven't taken into account her assassination. I think I'd get ****ped on if a LB actually tried doing that to me. But generally I've killed them before level 4. They don't try to leave or roam because I've pushed them too far. But yes, a roaming LB (as she should be played anyway) would probably win.
btw what's interesting... I run the same runepage on Viktor and I max Q too lol

Does it mean in general she is good against him??? Hell no. Any experienced Swain completely ***** on LB no matter how good she is, unless ganks/mess-ups happen.
