@R4idenZero ezreal needs his passive on with 5 stacks to deal some damage,i done a mistake and i should told everyone about it.i know that last whisper is never for final item,but also ezreal must have his passive refreshed to deal crazy damage with auto hits.In late game,Black cleaver is bad item,everyone and always are stacking armor of course,but its better to pick last whisper,anyway thank you for the comment,hope it is helpful.. at least..

Getting Last Whisper as Final item? no way.

It does lower because you don't focus on Crtitical strikes and Armor Penetration.
If you would play Ezreal as normal Ad Carry he would Deal more damage.

Autohits with Infinity Edge + Last Whisper make a Strong Ad Carry, Skills are just steroids that give more damage to the champion.

Ps. Last Whisper works only after 160 armor, if you see that enemies are not stacking armor get instantly Black Cleaver.
