1x Mejai's, 5 time RBD. Sure he doesn't need the full 40% CDR?
If i count it correctly 20 stacks = 160 + 140x5 = 860 x 1.3 = 1118.
Requiem Damage will be 1220.8. With that Mpen, he'll be reducing MR from 60% -> 40%. And 40% -> 20% for squishies. So, he'll deal 733 MD to tanks. And 977 MD to squishies. That's already too much. I still haven't added the little AP the mastery gives him.
What's red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet at the same time? Rainbow
