She's viable in laning phase and fits nicely the anticarry-bruiser role, nothing has to be "improved".
Her true damage, as the corki's one, could be the only thing to change, but Riot was too dumb to see that.

Not only is she viable. She can still pubstomp super hard.
You just have to be a lot more passive in lane now than you did before. I usually go double gp5, farm, and wait for teamfights since the last nerfs came out. You can still win lanes. It just takes a lot more care than it used to.

I've been playing an amazing amount of Irelia today and I was just wondering what the Mobafire community thought about Irelia's many nerfs AND buffs.
Do you still think she is viable as a strong even OP solo top?
Also what do you think could be done to improve her, but not make her OP?
