Personally I think his passive is pretty useless so I'm replacing it with his E Stacked Deck (Oh and im remaking Stacked Deck
Stacked Deck: Every 4 attacks, Twisted Fate deals bonus dmg. Additionally, Twisted Fate gains a stack of Stacked Deck with every attack or spell cast, capping up to 12. At 8 stacks, his abilities have a bonus effect and go off CD by 3secs. (Yes, someone else got this idea, credits to them).
Wild Cards: At 8 stacks, Twisted Fate throws out an additional 4 cards. Now also scales with AD.
Personally, I find laning with AD TF a lot harder than AP/Hybrid. Making it scale with AD allows TF to lane better. Also, everytime TF uses Wild Cards, it reduces his other skills CD by 1sec.
Pick A Card: At 8 stacks:
Gold Card: Slows after the stun ends
Red Card: More AoE
Blue Card: Also restores HP
Having Blue Card heal HP will make him more sustainable in lane, and more AoE from the Red Card allows TF to farm better, and deal more damage in a team fight.
New Ability:
52 Pickup: TF consumes 4 of his stacks and throws a deck of cards at target location, dealing AoE damage. Has a 1sec CD and costs 4 stacks. After using all stacks, it goes onto a 10sec cooldown instead.
Destiny: If Twisted Fate casts Destiny with 12 of his stacks, his Gate will be global.
With this, Twisted Fate will basically be more Hybrid. If you dont have stacks, then no 52 Pickup. And to get stacks you need auto attack/spell cast.
