yeah but Garens early game isnt hell towards other top lane picks. Like when ever I use Jarvan IV against him I sheild then he spins in, kill sheild, stuns, dash's out. I'm now at half health and he's still full. Yet late game majority off top lane picks can steamroll him.

Garen has to be very aggressive early game, because he really is nothing more then a silence and execution late game unless he's fed. However, Garen out damages nearly any match up with Judgment and Decisive Strike early game. If he can't abuse that due to CC he's screwed.
Renekton has an advantage in having some hard CC of his own.

But the difference is Renek is more Hop in do damage hop out. Then when your low come in for kill. Garens more goes is throws everything at you either kills or brings you low. Garen stays in battle at times Renek would hop out.

Renekton is in a great spot right now. His lane is a bit above average, because many players know how to lane against him now, but he's still a stronky offtank in midgame.
It is absolute ******** to nerf Renektons early game and buff his lategame. He's an early-midgame champ, that's how he's designed. Same with champs like LeBlanc or Panth. Having only champions who are equally strong at all stages at the game is 1) Boring and 2) counteracts strategic depth.
