The nearest enemy takes 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 (+0−10.25 dependant on level) (+0.45 / 0.4625 / 0.475 / 0.4875 / 0.5 per attack damage) physical damage per strike instead.

Champions hit by 6 strikes lose 25% armor for 6 seconds.

No it doesn't I believe, most likely removed but I could be wrong. It still gives Conqueror stacks per spin and it also has initial casts which counts as an ability activation for the purposes of on-cast effects.

The info of this spell here is wrong, it isnt 120 dmg + 1.1 total AD per 0.5 seconds its half of that per 0.5 seconds, because if it were that would be insanely OP

Does this ability have on hit effect? Exemple, does phange passive will be apply while Judgment is active?
