I agree. Although there are already 3rd party software out there that can do that. I don't exactly remember what it was called but it exists.

Yeah, seriously what the heck are game studios doing nowadays?
I mean, we aren't talking about "wasting" their money or time only to please us (Heaven forbid that they to something unhallowed as that!!!) but to make THEIR game run a lot smoother.
And while they do that thunder****domewhatsoever to come up with their own custom version of ARAM, they could have (easily) implemented another rune page styled client option to decide upon multiple item sets beforehand, in the 1-2 years ppl asked for it..?
But seeing how they couldn't really solve the problem with the prime time traffic in EU even after over a half year of struggling... it's only natural to think that at least the Riot guys are "too green".

well about time that we get the option
to create custom recommended item sets?
The reason for this is, that I personally
at least, think it's a drag having to
click my way through all sorts of other
items, in order to get to the items I'm
going to build. For example, just as an
example, if you wish to go AP Teemo instead
of AD, why can't you customize the recommended
items slot, to input the AP items you intend to
get, instead of being forced to look at AD items
you're not going to get? Many people don't follow
the recommended items anyway, once they really get
into playing a given champion. So why not free up this area, to allow
for less time spent browsing in the shop and more
time being out and about as you should?
Couldn't there be a system wherein you can click the
icon of a champion, in the profile page in-game
and then, if you own said champion, you get the choice
of whether to customize the recommended items or not?
Thoughts? Opinions?
