In theory, every champion is viable.
Nasus goes like this: if you can't trully bug his farming, you can't stop him. If you can't stop him, odds are it's GG.
However, there are many champs and playstyles that can ruin Nasus' existence. If you can learn to sort out whom you can face and whom you can't, you'll be able to get dat champion more often.

Thank you Byron for 2014's loudest laugh up till today

Nasus is garbage, don't be the guy who picks Nasus.
Your entire team will (Rightfully) be mad at you. It's like the top lane version of jungle Eve.

Veigar is actually pretty good.
Maybe not top tier but he's arguably the best burst mage in the game.

However, as I got more experienced, I obv began to play tons of different champs, and without ever returning to nasus, I just accepted that he would get destroyed by any solo top that could play aggressive, which is basically, well, all solo tops these days it seems.
However, after taking a few weeks off from LoL on a major Tribes: Ascend bender, I came back with the intention of figuring out if I can bring nasus back. What is everyone's opinion of him right now? Does anyone play him frequently? How do you build/rune him? Thanks
