The problem with this is that you have no bonus HP(Doran's blades), no movement speed bonus, and no bonus AD.
Both of the AD carries(but really they're AD casters) scale too well with AD to get something like

Nonono, I think you're all misunderstanding what I'm saying.
Boots start, double Dorans, Vamp for sustain if you need it, THEN Faerie Charm (or boots2 before)

Manamune is garbage unless the champion's kit is so good that having the mana to fully use it is better than slightly better items. Urgot and Ez come to mind.
Faerie charm into philo would be okay I suppose. GP10 is a generally overpowered mechanic regardless. A HoG might even be fine as well.
You just need to evaluate if your team can fight without your damage, etc.

Apparently you get a
TBH it doesn't seem like a bad idea. It's really cheap (180) and won't really delay your build. You can also build it into a Philo if you want, although I stopped spectating before I actually saw that happen, if it did.
What does everyone else think?
