Well first off you will have to find people who are interested in playing in a team like that. You should say which role you prefer and can play as backup, and get people to try out for your team. You can post topics in forums, but you can also invite people you encounter while playing ranked games for example.
Organizing practice times can be done once you have a complete team (preferably with 2 reserve players in case someone can't make it). Those who are reserves can spectate your games and say what went good/bad etc.
I don't know what ELO you are in but you can always ask people who have higher ELO to spectate your games as well. Here on mobafire we have some people with 1800+ ELO so they probably know a lot about the game.
That is as far as I can go I guess, I have no interest in playing that competitively so I don't know how to stay into it.
I can give a last tip - don't let this interfere with your school. At least you will always have a back up in case things don't work out.

My Situation:
Hi there I am of course WarlordShen (Xander).
Sorry if the title was misleading. I don't want to show you guys how to do it. I would like some input on how to do it as per my questions above.
- My computer, Macbook Pro 2010 - 4GB RAM, Intel Core Duo, I'm almost complete in my savings for my new desktop though (i would be using this for eSports gaming): i7 Ivy Bridge 2600, GTX 670 4GB, 16 GB RAM.
- I'm still being educated as in, i'm still in school. I have a couple of years left. Then I will move into college and hopefully be studying computer science and IT. (I think, not too sure yet. Something to do with computers C: ).
- Some friends who would be interested.
That's it at the moment. I'm looking forward to you comments.
Once I have enough info ill put it all here into a guide and give you some credits at the end :) (Hopefully).
