why not pick up your w for shield generation? and the item build needs a lot of work, nashors tooth is just an all round bad item for morde. The hextech revolver should always be the item you finish after your boots otherwise you will get dominated every time. Have a look at my build on Mordekaiser, you have got a lot of good information here, you just need to explore more builds to get a better idea of Morde. For instance, anything with mana regen is a waste of gold.
I dont pick W, because it deals less damage than other two spells and i can also gain enough shield with Q and E. Also, this helps me, to start farming as soon as possible, because you can kill ranged minions with Q and E at lvl 4 or 5.
Nashor tooth.. I knew at the beggining that many of you guyz will dissagree with that item.
It has biggest cooldown reduction, of all items in-game, thats why i buy it. Morde has no mana, so you can use spells very often, but if you reduce cooldown even more, than he can deal even more damage. This comes in handy, when fighting 1 v 1 with a AD champ. You need fast burst of damage to kill him, and this item helps you a lot. Sure.. you lose some gold for mana, which you dont have, but there are more pros than cons with this item.
Hextech revolver is great item for morde, but Rylai's scepter is more important for me, because you can slow down enemy, when chasing him. Morde has no spell to get closer to enemy or to escape, thats why i buy that item second.
30 0 0 masteries and attack speed quints really
ok, what would you take for masteries? points in defense? i mean you could take movement speed in utility and buff duration, but other stuff isnt for morde in my opinion

But why you choose the gunblade exept of Will of the Ancients?
Gunblade can deal Unique active damage.. will of ancients cant :)
And btw, Mordekaiser is not support, so why buying will of ancients, which has spell vamp aura?
Mordekaiser should be fighter, so he needs that damage.
