Firstly, this is in the wrong section I believe.
Second, his ult is awesome. I guess it's because you
don't know how to use it, I'm afraid. His ult can be
used both offensively and defensively.
One way to use it defensively, is if you're escaping
through the jungle and manage to juke your pursuers.
Then you can probably safely ult away, to an even safer
position, where from you can recall or whatnot.
An offensive way of using his ult, is for instance when
you're midlane as TF. When you see the enemy has pushed your
botlane suitably far, preferbly past the hlaf-way mark,then you
ult down there, either into a brush or out in the open and throw
a stun card as the first thing. From there, it IS possible to secure
kills. It also happens very fast, so it's hard to get away from.
This, timed with your jungler attacking too, plus your other teammates
on the lane, can net a few kills. I've seen it and tried it myself.
You also have to bare in mind, that champions ultimates are often
their trademark. Adding what you suggested in place of his ult, would
just make him... Odd.

Actually got a Mentor and have learned to play Twisted alot better, and have a much better apreciation for his Ulti, use very affectivly now. If I could I would delete this thread, and I realized after posting it was in wrong Forum, new here, didnt really know where.

Now, on to my idea, why not just stick with the card theme, and create another pick-a-card ability like his 2nd, but this one creates passives for you and surrounding allies.
Lets say its just like the 2nd ability and is just 3 to pick from, heres my idea.
Green: Gives you and your surrounding allies xhealth regen and x movement speed bonus for x amount of time.
White: gives you and your surrounding allies xmagic resistance and xarmor for x amount of time.
Purple: Gives you and your surrounding allies xatt speed and xability power for x amount of time.
Just an idea, cause I do so dislike his Ulti, its mostly utility, adds nothing really, usually I can move fast enough on my own and dont need it.
So whats ya'lls thoughts.
