Is Vayne simply a better Ashe?

Ashe has various slows, an AoE spell, a free [[clairvoyance]], extra gold, and a long-distance stun / slow. Vayne has a roll that increases the damage of her next auto-attack, a knock-back, and increased AD / movement speed. They're nothing alike, lol. I think you meant the title to be "Is Vayne simply better than Ashe?".[/quote]
